Urgent: Assistance Recovering Brizy Staging Site and Migrating to Namecheap

Hi Brizy Support,

We're hoping you can help us recover our project.

Due to the compatibility issues between Brizy and GoDaddy, your team provided us with a temporary staging site so we could continue building the website. We completed our work on that staging site, but it is now returning a 404 error, and we no longer have access to the website.

We have a Namecheap hosting account ready, and we're happy to move the website there. However, since all of our recent work was done on the staging site, we're concerned that we've lost everything.

Could you please let us know if the staging site can be restored, even temporarily, so we can migrate the website to our Namecheap hosting? If restoring it isn't possible, is there any way to recover the project or its files?

This project is for a client, so we'd greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide as soon as possible.

  Could you please install a fresh WordPress instance on your Namecheap hosting and send us the WordPress Admin credentials? We'll be happy to help move the website from the staging site to your new hosting.
