Website issues

I tried to update my menu for my website from an old "Book A Session" page to a new one. But the change wasn't taking effect and the old page kept showing up whenever I clicked that link in on the live page menu. I cleared my entire browsing history and all cookies. No luck. 

Now when I click on that link I get this message: 

Your IP is temporarily blocked by the server. Please try again shortly.

  Hello Kristian,

  Thanks for reporting the above error. Looks like you have fixed it by making a copy of the page and renaming it.

  We will investigate why the page https://www.yourpathtovitality.com/book-a-session continues to show the above error.
