Unfortunately, the Brizy Billing department is not very transparent. Why am I being charged $119.00? For what? Also, why was my 2nd Cloud not removed, as requested?

  Hello Wil,

  To see all your subsciptions, kindly sign in to your Brizy account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login and navigate to the "Billing" option under the "Account" menu.

  

  You will see a list of your subscriptions. These are the current subscriptions and its status

  1. Shop Business - $45/month - Active
  2. Agency Cloud - $69.00 per month - Active
  3. Agency Cloud - $69.00 per month  - Cancelled 
  4. Freelancer WordPress - $119.00 per year - Active

  The payment of $119.00 was towards renewal of your Freelancer WordPress plan. To cancel this plan, kindly click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

  

  Your 2nd Agency Cloud subscription is cancelled and it will expire on August 2, 2026.

  If you need help with cancelling the Freelancer WordPress plan, kindly get back to us and we will do it for you.
