I can't get Popups to close on my site

Hi, i am running the latest versions of Brizy Pro & Brizy Free and the X is not working to close popups. I have tried building a new popup from scratch to see if there was something wrong with my existing popups and how they were built but this has not fixed the issue. Can i please get assistance?

  Thanks for reaching out.

  Could you please try isolating the issue by temporarily disabling all plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro, then check if the popup close (X) button works?

  - If the issue no longer occurs, re-enable your other plugins one at a time, testing the popup after each one.
  - Once the issue returns, the last plugin you enabled is likely causing the conflict.

  This will help determine whether another plugin is interfering with the popup functionality.
