Brizy pro renewal July 6 2026

Hello, our Brizy pro will be renewed in a few days. 

However the message says : 

You are subscribed to

Brizy PRO Personal. Next payment ($0.⁰⁰) is due on July 6, 2026.

 

This looks a bit strange as we generally pay around 50$ each year for this subscription.

Is this expected? Will our website keep working correctly?

  Hello Alessia,

  We reviewed your subscription data in Paddle, and your subscription should be processed smoothly in a few hours on July 6, 2026. The incorrect representation of your subscription amount in your Brizy account is the result of a failure to sync the information between Paddle and our subscription management system. We apologize for the above billing error and for the delay in getting back to you.

  Hello Alessia,

  Today, the notification in your Billing page has changed. It says "Brizy PRO Personal. Next payment ($0.⁰⁰) is due on July 11, 2026". Your renewal was attempted, however the payment could not be completed. Kindly follow the procedure at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420273613457 to update your payment method.
