Our Brizy project is gone (not available on dashboard)

Hello, we have one of our most important website gone from the dashboard. The link to the website was:
checkout.10xbnb.com

We hosted the project on our Brizy cloud main email: affiliates@10xbnb.com
Under "Taylor" workspace.

We notice that 2 out of 3 workspaces only has 3 projects each. We are wondering if it's possible to recover the project.
