Our Brizy project is gone (not available on dashboard)

Hello, we have one of our most important website gone from the dashboard. The link to the website was:
checkout.10xbnb.com

We hosted the project on our Brizy cloud main email: affiliates@10xbnb.com
Under "Taylor" workspace.

We notice that 2 out of 3 workspaces only has 3 projects each. We are wondering if it's possible to recover the project.

  Hello Taylor,

  We'll need the deleted project's ID to restore it from the backup. Please follow the instructions at https://jmp.sh/MW7zKz1H to obtain the project ID and send it to us here. We will attempt to restore it.

  We have requested our developers to restore the project from its backup. My colleague Denis informed me that he had received an email from you regarding this matter. He will keep you updated as we make progress.
