    Hello Oliver,

    Are you using the Blocksy Companion (Premium) plugin on this website? If you are, please try the following steps to fix the issue. 

    1. Close all pages that are currently open in the Brizy editor.
    2. Temporarily deactivate the Blocksy Companion (Premium) plugin.
    3. Reactivate the Blocksy Companion (Premium) plugin.
    4. Check the affected pages again to see if they are displaying correctly.

    Please let us know if this helps to fix the above issue.

    Hello Oliver,

    Kindly deactivate the Litespeed Cache plugin and check if the issue with the "Send Enquiry" button gets resolved? If it does, re-activate the plugin and check if the button continues to work well.

    Seems the layout problem is still there. The send inquiry button not working problem is caused by LiteSpeed cache. Could you please log into my website background to check the problem?

    Hi George,

    After updating Brizy and Brizy Pro, the issue reappears.

    The website you are currently checking is the version restored from the March 2026 backup, which is working properly. The problem only occurs after updating the plugins.

    Hello Oliver,

    After updating the Brizy plugins, the pages needed to be recompiled using the most recent versions. I opened each page, made a minor modification (like adding a space after a text), and then clicked the "Update" button to resolve the issue.

    The 'send inquiry' button does not work, and also 'check out what the client says' does not work well anymore.

    Hi George,

    After changing the LiteSpeed Cache preset to Basic, the website is working properly again. However, when the Advanced preset is enabled, it causes issues such as the Send Inquiry button not functioning correctly.

    It appears that one of the Advanced optimization settings is conflicting with the website functionality.

    Please let me know your thoughts.

    When the "Advanced Preset" is enabled, a few Litespeed JavaScript files on your website display a "404 File Not Found" error in the browser console. Have a look at https://jmp.sh/share/xeM6R5AVoLjOgx5xnCzM Can you take the help of your hosting provider to fix the missing Litespeed JS files on your website? Once this issue is fixed, we will take another look at your website.
