BRIZY SHUT DOWN ALL MY CLIENTS ACCOUNTS DESPITE PAYMENT

My clients' websites are showing 403 errors, and even though my payment to Brizy went through, they've still disabled EVERYTHING. I am hoping they will see this and get my site back online ASAP. This is WILD how abusive they are. I contacted their support multiple times via email and NOTHING.
