I was double checking my billing history and I was charged twice in January but I also have a renewal in April. Why would I have duplicate subscriptions? I need to have this fixed so that I only have 1 subscriptions I am paying for.

  Hello Aimee,

  Here are the purchases you have made on different dates 

  1. April 9, 2025: Purchased the Personal WordPress plan and it was renewed on April 10, 2026
  2. January 9, 2026:  Purchased the Personal WordPress plan 2 times and you cancelled one. Cancelled subscription will expire on January 8, 2027 and active subscription will renew on January 8, 2027

  To cancel one of two active subscriptions in your Brizy account, go to the "Billing" section under the "Account" menu and click the "Cancel Subscription" button. This will ensure that you have a single active subscription.
