WooCommerce product image stretched

Hello

I've encountered a problem: the first image is displayed in the wrong proportions in all colors. There are two products in the first image, and for some reason, the product has stretched and become very high quality (rectangular). All images in the gallery have also been restored and stretched.

How can I fix this?

This is a working website - please make changes safely.

  Hello Timur,

  Since you have a single product template, the product gallery should ideally display consistently across all products. To determine why the two product images have different aspect ratio, we will need to conduct a few tests. The live website is not suitable for conducting tests. Can you set up a staging site where we can carrry out the tests?

  Please let us know the path to the WordPress Admin of the website copy. Would previously shared credentals work for this website?

  Hello Timur,

  Switching to Blocky theme helps to resolve the issue with the product gallery for the two products. Currently Blocksy theme is active in your project. Please check if everything else works fine after the theme change.
