    Hi Ann,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We are aware of the issue and our development team is currently working on a fix. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, especially when managing multiple client websites.

In the meantime, a quick way to update Brizy is by using the WP Rollback plugin, as demonstrated in this screencast:

    https://youtu.be/kDCHbIdhUkM

After Brizy has been successfully updated, you can safely delete the WP Rollback plugin, as it is no longer needed.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work on a permanent solution.

    Kind regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

    Thank you for the update.

Could you please confirm whether a fix is expected to be released within the next 24 hours?

Unfortunately, the suggested manual rollback is not a practical solution for us, as we manage multiple client websites. We rely on the automatic update process to maintain these sites efficiently, so we would appreciate an estimated timeframe for when the issue will be resolved.

    Thank you.

    Hi Ann,

    Thank you for your understanding.

At the moment, we don't have an ETA that we can share. However, our developers are aware of the issue and are already working on a fix.

We understand that the suggested workaround is not ideal when managing multiple client websites, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. As soon as we have any updates regarding the fix, we'll be sure to share them.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Kind regards,
    Ariel H.

Thank you for the update, Ariel.

I sincerely hope the issue can be resolved within the next 24 hours. From what I can see in the community discussions, a significant number of users are experiencing the same problem, so it appears to be having a broad impact.

For those of us managing multiple client websites, this issue is causing considerable inconvenience and additional workload. More importantly, it is affecting the experience of website visitors. The navigation menu on all of our client websites including our own is no longer functioning correctly, making it impossible for visitors to browse the site and access important information. This can have a direct impact on user experience and business operations.

Given the impact on both website owners and their visitors, I would appreciate it if you could keep the community informed of any progress or updates from the development team as they become available.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Ann S.
