Adding Shortcode for WPForms

Hi,

 

I am trying to use the shortcode for my WPForm - I've rebooted, tried added via ShortCode and embed, and nothing opens up when I add either of them- nowhere to put the code, just the number of pixels.

  Hello Elizabeth,

  Kindly drag the "Shortcode" element to the page

   

  Then paste the WP Forms shortcode in the element
