    Hello Bonnie,

Signing in to Brizy works as shown below on my end. As you can see, during my login attempt, the reCAPTCHA challenge was not triggered.

Recaptcha at https://www.brizy.io/account/login is intended to be invisible to regular users. However, if the system cannot securely verify that you are a human in the background, it may trigger a challenge. This usually occurs because of:

    • Suspicious IP Addresses: If you're using a VPN, a proxy server, or a public Wi-Fi connection. Because hundreds of people may be using the same IP address, a bot on the network can penalize real users.
    • Privacy Tools: Using ad-blockers, aggressive script-blockers, or incognito mode might restrict the system from collecting the background data it needs to verify you.
    • Browser Activity: Navigating too fast or clearing your cache and cookies frequently can make you look like an automated bot starting a fresh session.
If you are forced to solve puzzles quite often, consider the following troubleshooting steps.
    • Disable VPNs: Try pausing your VPN temporarily to see if your local IP address performs better.
    • Review Extensions: Whitelist the site on any privacy extensions that block tracking scripts.
    • Check for Malware: In rare cases, a device-level virus or bot running in the background can trigger reCAPTCHA
