Because of how Brizy handles page password logins, i was forced to create a user for every page that needs to be password protected. It worked when I set it up but now when trying to login I am getting back a Username (and Password) Fields is empty, when they obviously are not.

Any ideas what causes this?

  The issue turns out to be Real Simple Security plug-in, when their brute force attack mitigator is enabled this happens.
