    To help us better understand the issue you're facing, could you please record a short screencast demonstrating the problem?

    We recommend using Loom (https://www.loom.com/) to record your screen. If possible, please show the following in the recording:

    - What happens when you try to switch to desktop mode
    - Any error messages or unusual behavior you see
    - The browser you're using and whether the issue occurs in an incognito/private window

    Once we can see the issue in action, we'll be in a much better position to identify the cause and provide the appropriate solution.
