Hi Arvin,
Thank you for the details and for sharing the screencast.
Could you please let us know which Brizy Cloud workspace and project you’re working on? This will help us find the project on our side and try to replicate the issue.
Once we have those details, we’ll take a closer look.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0 -

Hi Arvin,
Thank you for the update.
We tested editing and updating stories on our end and were unable to reproduce the issue. We were able to edit and update stories successfully, as demonstrated in this screencast:
https://youtu.be/pjbXm74DujcCould you please try accessing the site from a different computer and see if the issue persists? It's possible that a browser extension, security software, or another application running in the background on your current device may be interfering with Brizy.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Kind regards,

i am using brave browser and disable the brave shield that may interfere with the update.
i work now and made changes but for any changes like uploading images, duplicating etc... i need to refresh the browser tab or worse... restart the whole brave browser.
i am on zorin os (linux).
so any advice before we close this support ticket?

Hi Arvin,
Thank you for the update.
Since you're using Brave on Zorin OS, it's possible that some of Brave's built-in privacy and optimization features are still interfering with the editor, even with Shields disabled. As a test, could you try editing the site using a browser with fewer built-in content filtering features such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (both are available for Linux) and see if the behavior persists?
Please let us know the results, and we'll be happy to advise further.
