Dear Support Team,

I currently have 2 shop licenses, but when I tried to add another one, my dashboard page simply reloaded without adding the new shop.

Could you please advise how I can create an additional shop in the future?

  Hello Lionel,

  To activate the shop venture license on a second project, kindly follow these steps

  1. In the project thumbnail, select the "Activate Shop" option
     
     
  2. Select the "Shop Venture" option from the drop down list and click on the "Activate Shop" button to activate the second Shop Venture license on the project.

  Hello Lionel,

  As mentioned above, kindly select the Shop Venture option in the drop down list. You have purchased Shop Venture plan and cannot activate Shop Business or Shop Unlimited plan.

  I believe I’ve figured it out. To get another license, I need to purchase it through the page, correct? Since I’m a white-label user, is there a discount code or a reseller price available?

  You can activate your second "Shop Venture" license in one of your projects and if you need a third shop license, you can purchase it at https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud-shops. Unfortunately, we do not offer a discount code or special pricing for resellers.
