SSL not created

Hello,

I think it is a common issue, the SSL certificate did not load for our page. I followed the steps in the guide, I also delete and re-added it.

I checked the DNS details, and all should be correct. (I also asked AI to check if i overlooked anything).

I hope you can help us. Here are the Brizy details:
