Double hover effect

Hi, I would like to make the gray scale image slightly bigger and colored over hovering. I have added custom css code separately for each function. Now it does work in the brizy window but doesnt in the preview or updated page. Please help. P.s. I am no coder, got the codes from the internet .. if you could help me with custom css code which can definitely help with these two functions, it will be great. Thankyou so much.
