Brizy Cloud - lost website

Yesterday I started a new Brizy Cloud website. At first, the site became unresponsive and I could not edit, open, or close screen after click on "create new block."

I cleared my cache, logged back in, and continued to edit my website. I saved it, logged out, and logged back in today to continue editing. Now I'm getting this error:

Oops! An Error Occurred

The server returned a "404 Not Found".

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
 
 
This happens when I click to edit the site.

Please advise.

    Hi,

    The project appears in your dashboard but you have a 404 error when you want to edit it? I have sent the project ID to our developers and they will check this. I'll get back to you when I have an update. But, please understand that we will not have an answer until Monday, because the developers do not work on weekends. Thank you for your patience.

    Hi Alex,

    I am facing the same issue too.

    Also I do not see "excerpts" as an element that I can add to a page.

    Please advice.

    Hi,

    Please check now. It should work fine now.

    Regarding the "excerpts": The Post Excerpt element has been excluded but you can use the #Excerpt tag to show the excerpt on blog page: https://jumpshare.com/v/zLMunP09iFU8UQp38ago or #description to show the page description.

    I can see it now but the preview is not working now. On hitting preview I get the below message.

    "This page is not yet created. Please start designing your page by clicking the button below"

    But on clicking the button it comes back the home page.

    Hi,

    Please make sure your homepage is not saved as a draft. It should be published. Also, please clear your cache memory and check again or check in incognito mode.
