PODs and Brizy - Relationship Field and Showing the Related Data in Brizy Custom Template.

Hello Brizy Team and Community,

It might be a basic thing to ask but I am new to Brizy, WordPress and POD Framework. I really need your help to solve this problem.

I have done a bit of research but things are not clear enough. I am using PODs Framework to create custom post types and relationships between them.

I have a website that requires Treatments Post Type and FAQs.

What I have done with the POD is that I have created two customer post types as below.

These are the fields for Treatment Post Type.

The FAQs field of Treatment Post Type is a Relationship between FAQs post type.

The selection type of the field is set to Multiple Select so that we can create and chose multiple FAQs for the Treatment Post Type. 

FAQ Post Type has got three fields as below and Title as well.

 

I have put the dummy data for the Treatment Post Type.

I have created a Brizy Template for Treatment Post Type:

I didn't have any trouble doing all the above step. But now I want to show all the related FAQs in the Template for Treatment Post Type. I am pretty confused about how can I show multiple FAQs with Brizy Template?

Your help will be highly appreciated.

  Hi,

  Thank you for all these details and screenshots. Unfortunately, at the moment, Brizy builder doesn't have an element that will be able to display the Relationship fields. I tried many ways to find a workaround but unfortunately, this field has its specifications and Brizy doesn't have a similar element to receive the dynamic content.

  Like I want to loop through the FAQs and use the Brizy Accordion Styles' (CSS and JS).

  Hi,

  With custom code did you mean the custom post type? At the moment, the Accordion element doesn't have the ability to display dynamic element and for this reason, isn't possible to display the FAQs from the Pods in the Brizy using the Accordion. 

  If you want to use the Accordion element outside the Brizy builder, unfortunately, you can't use the Accordion's Brizy styles (CSS and JS) outside the Brizy builder.
