  Solved - when changing the Email Address you have to also fill out the form as if you are also changing your password.  Which I tried and it didn't seem to work that way either - until I noticed later that Brizy had sent me a verification email which unfortunately was going into my junk folder ..... so I tried again and got the process to change my email address ....
