Can't go back on mobile once I'm into my website.

Hi, I have a problem with mobile version of my landing page created with Brizy Cloud.

When I navigate in my website and then hit the Back Button on smartphone I can't go back, it's like to remain stucked in my website.
Sometimes to get out of this situation people have to push back button a lot of times but doesn't always work.

I have also discovered part of the problem.

When I navigate that landing page if I want to go back in any part of the website I can....but if I'm on the form at the bottom (the form is an iFrame from an Affiliation Network) the website take the "back" command as referred to the form and not to the entire website. So the form goes back just for a second and then it reloads. 

I have to solve this problem, Facebook stopped all my ads because it recognize as a violation of their policies.

  Hi,

  Could you please indicate where is locate the "Back" button on your site? I tried to find it but maybe because of the language impediment, I can't find it. Could you send the screenshot with its locations?

  Regarding Facebook ads - we can recommend checking the message sent by the Facebook Ads team why they blocked your ads. In most cases, it is related to the content you added, the message of the Ad, financial issue, the place where it is placed and others. It has not been related to Brizy builder and platform. You have to be informed about why they blocked your ads. If their message isn't very explicit, I have recommended to send them a message and ask them about this.   Hi Sandra, by saying people can't go back from my website I mean using the "back button" of the browser or the one on your smartphone. Not a back button on my website. It happens when you are visualising that part of the landing page showing the form at the bottom of the page.
  Speaking of Facebook they already gave me a valid motivation and it's because people can't exit from the website and it's forced to close the tab.

  Hi,

  Ok, thank you for these details and information. I found that on your page, the form from the bottom of the page (where are anchored buttons) is an external code. I suppose it causes this problem because I didn't encounter the same problem on other Brizy Cloud projects. Could you please temporarily remove this block with this external code and all references from the Code Injection to this external code? After this delete the browser cache and check again the site. Also, as a test, you can set the anchor link to another block from the site.
