Menu bar from header keeps appearing at the bottom of page in brizy template
I have fixed this a few times already (ie moved the menu bar back to the top of the page in the Brizy template), but it has suddently appeared under the content again instead of above it.

Hello Bevis,
Thank you for your screenshot. I was searching for this type of issue because some of our users reported this bug and I could not reproduce it in my WordPress dashboard.
Therefore, I'm switching this post to our private channel. I really want to test this bug in your dashboard.
Thank you!
Natalia

I am having the exact same issue on two of my clients websites. One on Brizy cloud, as I am building their sample website and one on WordPress. It always happens on random and can happen with in a few minutes or sometimes within a few weeks. Was there a solution to this?
Thank you,
Thomas

Hi Thomas,
Sorry for late reply.
Does this happen on both websites (Cloud and WP)? If so, please, provide us link to your project and let us know on what page this problem is present, we'll try to reproduce this problem.
Kind regards,

I'm having the same problem. Menu keeps dropping all the way down to the bottom of the page. I've fixed it many times. Please advise.

Hello David,
Thank you for contacting us.
This issue was fixed. Could you confirm if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.32 and Brizy Pro 2.3.25?
Best regards, Nelea.

Hi Nelea,
Yes, I'm using the latest version of both plugins. The problem is still happening.
It happens when I press 'update' on a different page. Please advise.

Hi Nelea,
Exactly as the above user described. Menu drops to the bottom. Here is the page:

Every time I fix it, it drops back down. Especially if I press 'update' on another page.
I've tried deleting it and re-adding it, it still happens.
Please let me know what I need to do to fix this.
Thanks!

Hi David
Looks like the page https://www.patient5.com/attract-more-patients/ was corrupted and this was the reason it was misbehaving. Sorry for the trouble.
I have recreated your design in another page. https://www.patient5.com/test/. The header does not shift its position on this page. If the page content looks fine to you, please delete https://www.patient5.com/attract-more-patients and rename Test as attract-more-patients.

Hello George,
Thanks very much for taking a look and creating a new page.
Any idea why this happened and how I can prevent it from happening in the future?
Thanks,
-David

Hi David
I do not know why this could have happened and what could be done to avoid this in the future. Once in a while I guess such things do happen.

Understood. Thank you sir.

Hi George,
The menu dropped down again. Now on the new page. I'm looking via mobile. Any ideas?

Hi David
I have fixed the page with the issue and have made two changes to see if this would stop the occurrence of this issue in the future.
- Changed theme to Blocksy
- Deactivated Smash Balloon Instagram Feed: I did not see any feed from Instagram on your pages. I assumed that you are not using this plugin. Incase you are using it, feel free to activate it.

Hi George,
The changes you made did not help unfortunately, so I reverted. A this point, my menu has dropped to the bottom of the page on every page other than the home page.
Any word on a fix here? This is a deal breaker for me. Am I the only one having this problem?
Thanks,
David

Ha David
This issues does not happen often. If you have multiple website build with Brizy, you may not be facing this issue on other projects.
Have you tried making the header a saved block instead of global? Since you have only 4 pages, saved block should work for you. If you have not tries this yet, we can try this and see what happens.

George, this is STILL happening. Every time I make any change on the home page, I have to go to EVERY other page and move the menu from the bottom to where it belongs at the top. I've tried your recommendation, it doesn't work. The menu is no longer global. Made it again from scratch.
Your team needs to provide a solution to this asap please. This is too much to deal with.

Hi David,
We have escalated this issue to the developers. They will look into this. Will get back to you when we have some news from them.

Hi George,
Were you guys able to figure out why this was happening? I'm concerned about using for clients because of this issue. Please let me know what you and your team were able to find.
Note, the changes you made and suggested did not help the problem, the menu continued to drop down to the bottom of the page. I think this is only related to 'global' elements.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
David

Hi,
Shame that there is no indication of how to resolve the issue, just a mention of a private resolution. This has happened to me a couple of times, and it's happening again right now, too. How to fix this please? I'm tired of having to go in and manually change the header so frequently.

Thanks,
Marilena

AMP found 2 validation errors in the Brizy plugin:
The plugin is still active, not suppressed, however.
