Failing to link Brizy Cloud and my Email Marketing software

I've been trying to link my Email Marketing software with Brizy Cloud but for some reason unknown reason I keep getting this loading screen each time I try now. Please kindly advise. I have attached a screen shot below.

  Hi,

  Could you please log-our from Brizy Cloud, delete the browser cache and then log-in again? If after this you face the same problem, could you please send us the URL link of the site where you find this inconvenience https://jmp.sh/NDj8G3w?
