how to fix {"message":"Invalid base url"}

I have this website sync'ed to my server: https://wendellyu.com/write1/

however, its on and off so often, when its off, it shows the error message

{"message":"Invalid base url"}

is it cache problem? or how can I fix it?

  Could you please give us more details about this problem? How we can reproduce it? What did you mean that when it is off, you see the error message?
