*URGENT* Accordtion not working in safari

it should be click and expand but not working @ safari...

so anyone could help me to fix it

  Hi,

  I tried to reproduce this problem on my test site but all seems to work fine. See here. Could you please send us the URL link of the site where you experience this issue?

  Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.8 and Brizy Pro 2.2.5 version? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you receive the same problem?

  do u test it in safari of ipad or iphone?

  clean enviroment as below

  -- brizy 2.2.8 (only one plugin)

  -- wp 5.6.2

  -- WP theme 2021

  maybe I using https,so it doesnt work???

  No, this can't be caused by the SSL certificate. Could you please send us the URL link of this page? We want to check this inconvenience. We checked on the iPhone and all seems to work correctly. See here.

  I just wonder this bug happend in the plugin 4 wordpress..

  so u must install WP 5.6.2 on ur website and then install brizy 2.2.8 into plugins of WP

  and then u build a page using Brizy and drag Accordtion into it 

  Then open it in the ipad or iphone 2 test....

  safari no working any more....

  Hi,

  Yes, I checked this situation on the latest version of WordPress and Brizy. 

  Thank you for the URL link of the site. I opened it on the iPhone in the Safari browser and the Accordion worked fine. All tabs closed and opened fine. See here. Could you please delete the cache and try to check again?

  If you still have the problem you mentioned, could you please make a screen record and send us?

  its interesting about I found it working well in my wife's iphone 6s & IOS 14.4,even other's iphone & IOS 13 ,but not working on my Ipad Mini 2 with IOS 12.5 !!!!

  So I just wonder this issue Related To IOS version.could u test it on any device with IOS below 13?

  and u should concern about campatible with old IOS

  Hi,

  Yes, we tested on the iPhone XS Max with IOS 14.4. Unfortunately, at the moment we don't have a device with an iOS version below 13 but I will inform our team about this aspect.

  Hi,

  Unfortunately, at the moment for us is a bit hard to run tests on devices with iOS or iPadOS 13 or earlier. We tested on devices with OS 14 and all worked fine. Also, we investigated how many people are using OS versions 13 or earlier and found that less than 16% of iPhones and iPad has OS 13 or earlier. These data you can find here https://developer.apple.com/support/app-store/. Therefore, we have added this request to checking with lower status and prioritize other fixes and feature.
