problem with custom domain

Hi, good afternoon ,,, I have configured my domain correctly, I have used cloudflare as a server ,,, it has been more than 48 hours and it does not work correctly ,,, I hope you help me please

  Hi,

  If you used the Custom Domain method, you receive the Brizy Cloud hosting and you have to get only the domain and register the site there. You don't need the server or hosting. If you get the domain and register it on the Cloudflare, please make use that you disabled the proxy and activate the Grey Cloud. At the moment, if you activate the proxy (orange cloud) then the record will not be saved and you will found some problem on the site. Also, make sure that you didn't create the AAAA record. If you have it, please delete it and make sure you have only the Cname and A record.

  If you published the site with Server Sync on the Cloudflare servers, please make sure that you didn't make other modification on the server after adding the Brizy Cloud site. The server sync "Golden Rule" is: Server Sync option is the last step in publishing a Brizy Cloud project. The entire server environment needs to be prepared before uploading the Brizy folder. Now, once the SSL or redirect changes have already been made, you need to delete the project folder from server and re-upload it again.
