Ticket still 'pending approval'

Hello Brizy. Can you advise how long it takes to approve a support ticket submission? I had logged a ticket this morning and it is still showing as '7 hours ago - pending approval'. This is of relatively high priority as the Brizy editor is not opening so no changes can be made to the site.
