Brizy editor not loading
Hi. I have a problem with one of my websites in that I cannot edit any of the pages with Brizy (for Wordpress). I click on 'edit with brizy' on any page and it gives me something similar to the attached screenshot which is from a section of the About page.

There is no Brizy loading screen or spinning wheels and while the URL does change to domain.co.uk/page/?brizy-edit it seems that Brizy does not attempt to load. I cannot confirm exactly when this happened as I have not edited any pages very recently.
I am on Brizy Pro with the following plugin versions:
Brizy v2.2.8
Brizy Pro v2.2.5
I have also deactivated almost all external plugins to no avail. I do host several additional websites also built with Brizy and these sites have the same additional plugins (and many more) and all seems to be working fine.
Can Brizy be removed and reinstalled without losing anything? Can anyone offer any suggestions as I need to make changes for the client?

Hi Natalia. Thanks and please do. I have tested a few things since my last update so let me know when this is in the private channel and I can advise.
Can you also let me know how to submit a ticket (as opposed to a forum post) for Brizy support in the future as this is not what I would call a 'normal' method of contacting support regarding problems. Thanks

I checked the private ticket Natalia created for you and I notice that you already discuss this inconvenience there.
Regarding the private tickets, they can be opened by the Brizy Support Members. In cases when we found that the problem is a bit complex and hard to reproduce on our test sites, we ask for the WP, FTP or Cpanel credentials to check the behaviour of the problem directly from the user's dashboard. For these cases, we create a private ticket and in such a way the user can be secure that his data are sent privately.
