I can't use brizy Cloud and this message appears "Failed to fetch api data"

Basically can't use Brizy Cloud, i didn't anything...I need a quickly solution, please...

  Hi,

  Could you please log-out from Brizy Cloud, delete the browser cache and then log-in again. Do you still have this problem? Could you please send us the URL link of the site https://jmp.sh/NDj8G3w? We want to check it.
