How to rearrange order of columns ONLY in mobile view?

How do I do the following?

PLEASE don't say to make doubles in desktop mode, hide them in desktop mode, then go to mobile view and then hide the hide the ones I don't want in mobile.
I don't want to make double of every block. Why can't I just rearrange blocks/columns/rows and have it only affect mobile mode?

  Hi,

  At the moment, you can switch columns in the mobile mode of the builder and change their positions. See here how you can do this.
