  Hi,

  This page isn't created with Brizy but it is a page from the Tool we are using for Support, Forum and Documentation. 

  But, generally, this can be built with Brizy. Per total, you need 4 blocks (Header, hero, content, footer). If you have the Brizy Pro, we have some predefined blocks that are similar to the blocks from this screen, therefore, you can use one of them and style them how you need.
