    Hi,

    See here the guide about how to generate and activate the Brizy license:
    1 - Go to your Brizy account where you have the Pro license;
    2 - Access the WordPress licenses;
    3 - From there generate a license key for the site you want to activate it and the Brizy Pro plugin;
    4 - Click on the license key to open it;
    5 - Copy the entire license https://jmp.sh/TYnBH9R;
    6 - Go back to the WordPress dashboard and access the Brizy -> Settings -> License;
    7 - Here you have to paste the license https://jmp.sh/APqTpnb;
    8 - Activate it.

    You also added that "I still have no access to the Pro blocks." - do you receive this problem on Brizy Cloud or in the Brizy pages from WordPress?

    Also, I want to add that on the WordPress dashboard you should have both Brizy Free and Brizy Pro plugins installed because the Brizy Pro is an extension of the Brizy Free.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

    Thank you for your reply. I have the Pro version in my account, yet it still seems not linked to me, somehow.

    To answer your question, I have not used Brizy Cloud yet. This is through WordPress. I do have the regular plugin and the Pro version both installed.

    Thanks,
    Dan

    Hi,

    We notice that your Brizy Pro license is on this account PersonalGrowthAuthors@gmail.com. See here. Could you please access it and from there generate the Brizy License keys?

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra. That is the only account I have with Brizy. Since you moved the Lifetime Pro from thinkandgrowrichguy@gmail.com. So the screen shot i sent last week was from that account and showed no license is available to me, on my end. Please generate a license for me, so I can get this activated.

    This might be related to why I'm still locked out. Can you verify my domain, PersonalGrowthCafe.com is registered to Brizy?

    The person from whom I bought the lifetime license said he transferred it to me, although I don't seem to have a way to link my domain to the plugin, nor to add it to the cloud. It says 3 domains, yet has no where to add them, so I wonder whether they're already added, and you have to change that from your end, as I cannot?

    Please advise.

    Thanks,
    Dan

    Hi,

    I discussed with our manager this situation and he explained that for AppSumo License the process for adding a License key is a bit different because the license key is provided by the AppSumo. Having the AppSumo deal, you can design with Brizy Pro 1 WordPress site and host on the Brizy Cloud servers with custom domains 3 Cloud sites. Now, we helped you with the License key and added it to your Brizy account. Could you please check it?

    Regarding this "It says 3 domains, yet has no where to add them, so I wonder whether they're already added," - these 3 hosted domains is related to Brizy Cloud. This means that if you log-in to Brizy Cloud with this Brizy account, you can publish with Custom Domain 3 sites. Therefore, you will receive the Brizy Cloud hosting and you will need only to buy the domain and register it to point to the Brizy Cloud site.

    Let us know if we can help you with something else.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Thank you, Sandra! That worked for me to register that license.

    The other issue is with a full-sized image, which I upload and which Brizy or Wordpress makes it appear very tiny, yet stretches it into the size box I have it. So it's blurry and ugly on the page. I posted about this as a comment in someone else having that same problem, although apparently you did not approve my comment:

    https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/360076641112-Image-resizing-to-smaller-version-much-smaller-than-the-container-and-then-showing-it-stretched-as-pixelated-version?page=1#new_community_comment

    I included the full image, and the link to how small it appears as uploaded. You told this guy it was a recognized error in the program, which we would have to accept until a future update. Is there another way this can be corrected?

    Also in that post, I asked for Brizy to be modified so I can link to existing images on my server, so I can update them, rather than go back to each page using each photo and manually update them everywhere they appear. Can Brizy let us use images uploaded elsewhere, through that image URL?

    The "tiny and stretched" image appears below the first buy button, a little more than halfway down the page, in the left margin: https://www.personalgrowthcafe.com/infinite-wealth-experience/

    Thanks,
    Dan

    Hi,

    Great to know that all is fine now with the license key.

    Related to the second problem and question. I'm sorry but we didn't see and receive your comment on that post. See here. But I will try to help you with it here.

    Yes, we had a problem with some images because they were blurred. We already solved this problem in one of the previous updates. Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.8 and Brizy Pro 2.2.5 version? If you have it, could you please delete that image (I notice that only that image is displayed blurred) and upload again to Brizy page from your computer?

    "I asked for Brizy to be modified so I can link to existing images on my server" - I'm sorry but this isn't possible. Each image has to be uploaded in the WP Media Library and from there to be added to the Brizy pages. Brizy uses a special method to handle images and for this reason is necessary to have images in the WP Media Library. By the way, this is the article regarding how Brizy handles images.

    Best regards,
    Sandra
