I delete everything when I touch the + and when updating

good evening, not if it's a bug or my computer, but what happens is that with brizy (Pro) I put for example a title (electrical materials) I touch the plus + to put a button etc. and what I wrote is deleted automatically, the same thing happens to me when updating the page.
what do you recommmend me to do?

  Hi Natalia,

  this is strange behavior. Can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.8. and PRO 2.2.5? Also, do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins? 

  btw: can you please send a screen recorder so we can see the issue? Thanks.

  hello with the update done the same thing keeps happening to me
  And as for the external plugins, delete all the plugins except the woocomerce one, the same thing continues to happen to me

  btw: can you first confirm that you checked this in a different browser and have the same problem? Do you have any extensions in your browser that work with text? For example Google Translate extension?
