Automation Brizy and Mailchimp
Hi,
I have a Wordpress site. I have a newsletter pop-up from Mailchimp on my site that allows people to subscribe. I have connected that with Mailchimp so when they subscribe they receive an automatic email. All good.
My problem is this - I am trying to create an automation with a Brizy contact form that I have on a landing page where people also subscribe with their email. However, when I do the Mailchimp automation it keeps saying it's a duplicate account when I enter my API key (which I fully understand). How do I do SEPARATE automation from a Brizy landing page contact form with Mailchimp on the same WordPress site. This is actually driving me insane, so help would be gratefully appreciated here. sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I would love to help but it seems to be a restriction from Mailchimp. If you add multiple pop-ups with the same Mailchimp form, will it work? If you delete the Mailchimp pop-up and use only the Brizy forms integrated with Mailchimp, will it work?
In any case, I cannot deliver an instant solution. I have to create an internal issue and this needs to be tested. If there is a problem related to Brizy, it will be fixed in one of the following updates.
