Video element creates top padding and doesn't display correctly.
Hi there,
(Using Wordpress, and the latest versions of Brizy/Brizy PRO)
I'm trying to add video into a tab and am experiencing a frustrating situation where the videos I'm adding variously get top-padding added and do not display properly in editing mode, preview, and on the site. Please see here as an example, and respond directly to me ASAP: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XupMvkRZWUZuy55H9vFSSxZu5yvvOwAU/view
- Why is the video creating such large padding at the top?
- How can I get the video to simply display with its natural height and width?

Hi,
Unfortunately, I can't reproduce the error you reported. See here. I added the Tabs element and in a tab, I added 2 columns. In the first column, I added the video element and uploaded a Vimeo video. All displayed fine.
Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.7 and Brizy Pro 2.2.4 version? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you have the same inconvenience?Best regards,
Sandra0 -
Hello, we have a very similar situation here.

Wanted even to force it with CSS via:
.brz-video .brz-css-vwobr {padding-top: 0% !important;}
Any ideas what that could be?Kind regards,

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.21 and Brizy Pro 2.3.16? Please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and check if the problem still persists.
Best regards, Nelea.

Hi,
Also, at the WordPress backend under Appearance - Customize - Additional CSS, can you try adding this CSS and see if it makes a difference.
.brz .brz-css-cwszf {
padding-top: 0.0%;
}Best regards, Nelea.

Hello Nelea,
no that sadly did also not work, see here: https://prnt.sc/21izlug
It seems it's overwritten that is not CSS directly because is says INLINE, see here: https://prnt.sc/21izuf7
Any other ideas? On the backend is nothing that would consider this: https://prnt.sc/21j03jo
Kind regards

Hi,
Also, please try to activate another WordPress default theme, and check again this issue. Let me know if it works, although I will create an issue in our internal channel.
Best regards, Nelea.
