Unable to access site - White Screen with a Fatal Error

Since last couple of days I am unable to access the site hosted on my own private linux server, it showing a white screen and nothing else (it showed up a critical error initially). after I enabled debug mode in wp-config.php I see the following error

I also saw a curl timeout error as well in site health status and installed an app called SaFly Curl Patch and got rid of WordPress could not establish a secure connection to wordpress.org please contact your service administrator. But the above mentioned error still persists and unable to access my site.
