Can I Sell Your Blocks

Hi! I wanted to know that can I sell your blocks by making them using HTML, CSS, and JS.

 

That means that I'll rebuild the blocks according to the design by using HTML, CSS, and JS or will use some frameworks like tailwindcss, vuejs, etc.

Then I plan to sell them.

Can I do that?

Please let me know

  Hi,

  I'm sorry but it isn't possible to sell Brizy blocks or rebuild them and sell after this. This action is prohibited by our Term of Use. You can sell a site created with Brizy but you can't resell the builder or its components.

  Can you please point out under which section of your "Term of use" is that mentioned?

  I can't seem to find it.

  Also, I am not selling/reselling brizy's components,  I am asking that if it's acceptable that I create and sell the blocks based on the designs of your blocks by using vanilla HTML, CSS, and JS or maybe use some framework of those.

  I hope I'm making myself clear.

  Hi,

  I'm sorry but Brizy blocks and its design is one of the Brizy's components and it isn't acceptable and allowed to sell Brizy blocks. You can inspire from the design of our blocks and create your own but isn't ok to copy them 100%.

  Okay. I understand your point.

  Then let me do one thing, I make some blocks based on some of your designs (not copying as it is of course) and show you within a day or two. You can then tell me if it's okay to sell them or not. Until then, please don't close this discussion.

  Hey Wasim, 

  Thanks for your follow up, yes you can sell brizy blocks as long as they are not our blocks. If you create a set of blocks of your own of course you can sell them. Even if they have the same structure of columns or something very similar, it is not a problem. There are a lot of web design kits out there to get inspiration from, including our own.
