"Something went wrong with the GlobalBlocks"
We currently have a multi-site install.
- WP 5.6.1
- Brizy 2.2.8
- Brizy Pro 2.2.5
One of our sites on the MU install is experiencing the "Something went wrong with the GlobalBlocks" error for all pages.
Adding a new page to the site encountering the issue still produces the error.
Updated to the latest Brizy versions, error still occurs.
Content has been verified on the site using the Classic Editor.
All other sites are fine and not displaying this message when using Brizy.
Please advise. Thank you

Hi,
Could you please give us more details about the site and this problem? What are the differences between this site where you receive this error and others where all is working fine? When did you encounter it? What were your previous actions? How do you create pages? How did the content is verified on the site using the Classic Editor?
Thanks!
Best regards,

No problem... the sites are duplicates of each other with only small image variances on the homepage.
The site was previously working correctly (as expected).
This was first encountered (or noticed) about a week ago on a single site.
Using revisions and/or Classic Editor, I was able to view the content on page or switching to a non Brizy template. However the layout/structure was not visible, only the basic content.
Thank you!

Hi,
In Brizy isn't possible to edit or continue work with Brizy on a page that was previously created with the theme or another page builder. You can create new pages and edit them with Brizy. If you create a new page and edit it with Brizy, we don't recommend to continue to edit it with the WP editor, theme editor or another page builder because you will not be able to see the styles (CSS) of this page and will not be able to continue the work on that page using that external editor.
Back to the problem - we have some similar problems in the past and almost all of them were related to the migration process. In the migration process, some files from the database weren't migrated fine and this caused this error. For the migration process, we are recommending the All in One Migration Plugin. It is used by many Brizy users and almost we received only positive feedback. If this site is a fresh install and you have the possibility to migrate it again, we will kindly ask you to try this method. If this isn't possible, let us know and we will create a private ticket for you. We will ask for the WP credentials for this site and will share them with our developers to check this problem.
Thanks!

Thank you for your response.
So, when you say a file from the database, are you referring to a file from the plugin?
Since this is a multi site install, and all the other sites on the install are functioning as expected, it can’t be the theme or the plugin. Perhaps the media library?

Hi,
If I'm not wrong, in the multisite environment, some tables from the database are general and some of them are particular to each site. Therefore, all data from the site (blocks, saved blocks, fonts, etc.) are stored in these particular tables of the database. This is what I want to say.
Best regards,

Thank you. Well, the individual site was working and was duplicated from a working site at creation. At this point, how would we fix this error? What is a normal case in which this error is presented? Is this solely database driven? What tables need to be repaired?
Thank you!

Hi,
We would like to investigate this site from the dashboard to better understand what causes this problem in your particular case. I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?
Thanks!
Best regards,
Sandra0 -
Sure, what's the email the account needs to be setup under?
Thank you!
