Cannot access pro elements

Hello,

Currently I am pro user but I cannot access pro elements in brizy cloud. Could you please help? This is my email account I am using: alisarac@gmail.com

  Hi,

  You have to log-in to Brizy Cloud with the same Brizy account where you have the Brizy Pro license. You can't log-in with another account or create a new one because you will not be able to access the Brizy Pro features. Could you please try again to log-in to Brizy Cloud with the same account where you have the Brizy Pro?
