    Hi,

Yes, between Brizy Pro Personal and Brizy Pro Studio license isn't any difference only the difference for the number of hosted sites and the ability to create subaccounts.

Regarding the problem you encounter - could you please check if your license isn't expired? For this, please log-in your Brizy account and check the "Expired" date from the license you have. If the license is active, could you please check if you log-in Brizy Cloud with the Brizy account where you have the Brizy Pro license? Also, could you please send us the email of the Brizy account you use for log-in Brizy Cloud? You can send it here and if you don't want to make it public, let us know and we will delete it before approving the reply.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi there,

I've been sending numerous emails in reply, and to provide screenshots of the issue. The support seems to be lacking unfortunately! I hope this is seen here though after 2 months of waiting.

I do appreciate a prompt reply soonest, as 2 months to get this sorted is far from being good.

    Best regards,

    Hi Zachary,

I'm sorry but during this period this is the first message I received from you. Unfortunately, we didn't receive your other messages. Did you send us the reply to the noreply@... email? Unfortunately, we don't receive the message sent to this email, because it has an informative title to let the user know about a new reply.

Back to your question - we checked your account and found the problem. Now, our team fixed this inconvenience and you should have the access to the Pro features. Could you please check this?

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

I've checked the earlier correspondences and realized the point of miscomm. You mentioned "You can send it here and if you don't want to make it public, let us know and we will delete it before approving the reply." and since I saw your message via email - it was replied from there. Yes, it is the noreply email and sorry for not noticing that.

Thanks for the help nonetheless!! It fixed the problem and all is good for now. :-)

    Best regards,

    Zachary
