Hello!

We have a webpage created with the brizy free plugin. We would like to add a little online shop, so we added the WooCommerce extension. But when trying to see the product on the website, the page does not load or does not show correctly. I am adding a link to a video where you can see what happens. I am also sending you a link to one of our product pages so you can see what it looks like.

  Hi,

  How did you get this? Brizy and Woocommerce don't work that way. You cannot edit WoCommerce pages directly using the Brizy editor. The solution is to create Brizy Templates for these WooCommerce pages but this is a PRO feature. Here you can find more out: https://youtu.be/U3tBa4AL5mM

  Hi,

  I know that I have to work with templates, I already saw the video before starting to work.

  When I create the template, I get a block called a page where I can put the shopping cart, all the products ... just one by adding the SKU or ID.

  I do it like this since it is the only way I found that I could do it with the free plugin.

  I need help with how to fix the products page, can you help me?

  Hi,

  sorry for not getting back to you sooner. 

  From what I see you did this for the product page. We do not support this method and as I said editing the product with Brizy will not work. 

  The only way to edit WooCommerce pages with Brizy is through Brizy Templates.
