I have the Brizy Cloud Pro license, but now it's not letting me use any of the Brizy Pro features (layouts, blocks).

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you log-in Brizy Cloud with the Brizy account where you have the Brizy Pro license? You have not to create another account for brizy Cloud, you have to use the same account to have access to the Brizy Pro features.

  Yes, the login is correct.

  I was using it normally before.

  Hi,

  Could you please send us the email of the Brizy account where you have the Brizy Pro license and also used for log-in Brizy Cloud? You can send it here and before approving we will delete it.
