Change background color also affect background image

I add a .png image with alpha channel to background, I want to change color on the transparent part, but when I change the background color, the image color will also change.

So how to change the background color for the transparent part of the image?

  Go it. iI is a normal behavior because the color-containing overlay is over the image. I recommend you add a column in a row, set the color you want as row background, and for the column add the image as background. This way you will have the image above the color.
