    Hi,

    Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.7 and Brizy Pro 2.2.4 version? Yes, I noticed that you said that you are on the latest versions but I want to concretise if you have exactly these latest versions for the Brizy Free and Brizy Pro. Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you receive the same problem?

    Hi Sandra, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I deactivated all the plugins I could, changed the theme and made sure the brizy ones were the latest.

    When I tried to add an integration it did work this time, which points to a problem with one of the plugins on the site. I changed the theme back to the usual one (Astra) and it still worked so hopefully that rules out a theme problem.

    One problem I have noticed though, that I do think is a glitch with the latest version of pro is the integrations menu in the settings doesn't show the integrations so none of them can be deleted.

    I went to another site I run which had the latest free version 2.2.7 installed and Brizy Pro 2.2.0 installed. On that site the integrations page showed the linked services. However, when I updated the Pro version to the latest version, that integration page is now blank also. 

    This was on 2 different hosting platforms. 

    So I do think that needs fixing.

    I don't suppose there is a way of reverting back to 2.2.0 is there?

    Hi, I've now tracked down the plugin that is causing the problem.

    For your information it was this one:

    I have tried to add an integration to a form button and it now seems to work fine.

    However, just so you know, this does not fix the problem with the integrations page in the Brizy settings which still shows a blank page.

    Thank you for updating us regarding the problem with the contact form. Nice to know that all is working fine.

    Also, thank you for reporting the problem in the Brizy -> Integration. I already informed the team and they will solve this inconvenience. We don't recommend to downgrade to a previous Brizy pro version. This action can have some negative effects and we will recommend avoiding this. We will strive to have a solution to this problem as soon as possible.
