Saved blocks does not work in the new environment
Hi
I realized a change in brizy.cloud
I am creating a new project and the format is now different as now I can create also blogs as announced.
The problem is that if I am trying to include a saved block from the previous version I receive an error message that can not be done and says to contact support.
Is this an open issue or something that will be addressed in a short time?

we confirm this problem in your accounts but what is strange is that we cannot reproduce this on our accounts. A developer is already taking care of this and when I have an update I will come back with a message.

Seems others have reported the same issue and I read in this thread that it has been resolved but I never got an update. Anyway, I tested it today and it STILL doesn't work, see the attached screenshot! I have a Brizy WP site I need to move to Brizy Cloud, so do you have a timeline on when this will be actually be resolved?

I was informed that this problem has been fixed but the update has not been released yet. So it takes a little more patience. Sorry for the created inconvenience.

I just updated Brizy Pro to 2.2.5; now the sync works from Brizy plugin and it can be imported to the old brizy-cloud platform but not into the new brizy-cloud platform which basically solves nothing for me! When do you expect to fix this? Thanks.

Unfortunately, we do not have any ETA, but this should be soon, as it is a necessary fix. Most likely it will be by the end of this month.
