cloud library sync does not work

I am making a site from scratch for a client of mine.
Previously Brizy and Brizy Pro was installed.
I had saved the Layouts and Blocks and synced the cloud library.
If I log into the cloud library with my client's email, I can see all the layouts and blocks that I have created for this client.
However, when I try to access the cloud library from wordpress, the synchronization is not successful.
Initially worked but Layout and Blocks are not visible.
Then, I tried on another site the sync fails.
I have disabled all plugins except brizy and set basic wordpress theme but it doesn't work.
I logged out of the brizy cloud save account in wordpress and logged in again.
However this did not solve the problem nothing syncs.

Are you doing work on the Cloud library?
I ask this because I tried to save a Layout from wordpress but I don't see it on the Cloud library.
Can you help me?

Hi,
I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Actually, this message appears when the version of Brizy from WordPress doesn't coincide with the Brizy Cloud version. This happens because in the first instance we release the update for Brizy WordPress plugin and after 1-2 days we release the update for Brizy Cloud. In this period can appear this message and not allow you to sync blocks and layouts to the Cloud but it will e remediate when will be released the Cloud update. If you have the latest version in WordPress and still have this message, please allow us a bit more time and this problem will be solved. We are working on a Cloud update and it will be released soon.

I got the notification of the Brizy Cloud update on Saturday.

I went to my Brizy Cloud account and created a new project and saw and enjoyed the new features and introduction of the Blog.
Then I went to the wordpress site and tried to sync the Cloud library.
However, the sync still doesn't work.We have deadlines in providing our services, redoing a 35 page site is a job we don't want to do as most of the Layouts are on the Cloud library!
Can I have information?

I'm sorry for this inconvenience! Our team informed that it will be fixed in the next Brizy update. Unfortunately, I can't say when we will release it but we are doing all the best to release it as soon as possible.

about a week has passed but we see that this problem is still not solved.
I would like to ask if in your Road Map you have foreseen a manual import and export of Blocks and Layouts.
As I wrote to you in the previous message, knowing that we can make a site from scratch because we have ready, optimized and customized Blocks and Layouts, allows us to be fast and effective.
We are aware that these problems can happen. But having a second way (import and export) can make it less complicated to remake a site from scratch.

Hi,
Unfortunately, we don't have another method for syncing blocks and layouts from Cloud to WordPress and vice versa.
We already released the Brizy Cloud update but it was big and important and for this reason, at the moment the Brizy Cloud version is higher then the Brizy WordPress plugin and this inconvenience are still present on the sites. Now, we are full of work with the new update for Brizy Pro plugin and we plan to release it in the next days.

Hi,
I wanted to inform you that this inconvenience is now fixed and you can use the Sync feature to transfer the saved blocks and layouts between Brizy Cloud and Brizy pages from WordPress. Make sure that you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.8 and Brizy Pro 2.2.4 versions and try to use the Sync option now!

I'm sorry to know that there is no other way to manage Blocks and Layouts.
This keeps us tied to your updates and hope that everything works fine. Or, we have to wait more than 10 days to resolve the problem.Working online for more than 10 years we know that these problems can happen but having a 2nd way can save one or more customers.
