    Hi,

Could you please make sure that you have our latest Brizy Free 2.2.7 and Brizy Pro 2.2.4? Actually, this message appears when the version of Brizy from WordPress doesn't coincide with the Brizy Cloud version. This happens because in the first instance we release the update for Brizy WordPress plugin and after 1-2 days we release the update for Brizy Cloud. In this period can appear this message and not allow you to sync blocks and layouts to the Cloud but it will e remediate when will be released the Cloud update. If you have the latest version in WordPress and still have this message, please allow us a bit more time and this problem will be solved.
    Thank you for understanding!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi,

Thank you for your message. Yes, we know about this problem. Our developers said that on the next Brizy plugin update, this inconvenience will be solved. This happens because, after the Cloud update which was a big update for us, the version for the Cloud is higher than for the Brizy plugin for WordPress and this caused this problem. I'm sorry for this inconvenience!

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I have the same issue and I am on 2.2.7 and 2.2.4! so thats why the layouts I save in WP is not showing in the Cloud! Also the "What's this" question mark below the "Your Plugin version is incompatible with Brizy Account version, please update plugin" alert simply reopens the page again! Including this I now have 3 issues ongoing with Brizy and none have been resolved so far! All I get is update to the latest version and not a single update has helped so far.

Confirming that this is still an issue as of Feb 14th? If so, can we have a realistic ETA for the update?

Currently locked out of sync and can't update client sites without rebuilding the page and block layouts from scratch. This has been an issue for almost two weeks.

Please give us the best estimate you can so we can keep our clients properly informed.

Also, not sure if this is on the road map, being able to copy and past across sites without involving the cloud server would be a very nice addition to PRO, helping avoid this situation all together. Or at least a JSON formatted import and export functionality, which is core to almost every other builder, would be nice as well.

If it is the case that this is still an issue, then as system works now, while Brizy Cloud and Brizy Pro are out of sync, our hands seem to be tied in a way that makes continuing client work very cumbersome, and having to wait weeks at a time for the functionality to come back is not sustainable for those of us who rely on it for our work.

Just to be sure, there is no other way to get our blocks and layouts from one environment to another without Sync?

    Thanks!

Glad that we've identified that this is a known issue. Will we receive notification when this issue is remedied?

Is there any other way to save a page template for use later?

    Hi there,

I read all your messages and questions and will strive to certificate this situation. On February 5, we released a big, wanted and important update for Brizy Cloud. Hope, you could test or and work with it and find it useful. Releasing this update, the Brizy Cloud version has now a higher version than Brizy WordPress plugin and this creates an inconvenience that limitate the feature to sync saved blocks and layouts between Brizy Cloud and WordPress environment. This problem will be solved when will be releasing an update for Brizy Pro plugin. We are working hard on this update and plan to release it in the next days.
Unfortunately, at the moment, isn't any workaround or solution to sync in other ways the saved blocks and layouts between Cloud and WordPress.
Thank you all in advance for understanding and patience!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I just updated Brizy Pro to 2.2.5; now the sync works from Brizy plugin and it can be imported to the old brizy-cloud platform but not into the new brizy-cloud platform which basically solves nothing for me! When do you expect to fix this? Thanks.

    Hi Sandra,

When does your developers expect to resolve this? I have clients that have been waiting to move to Brizy Cloud since blogging because available and I really need to give them a timeline.

Sandra, is this issue a resolved or recurring issue? I am experiencing the same problem at present with a new site I started to create on Wordpress for a client which I first created on cloud in order to get going before he had his domain purchased to show him what could be possible for him.

I have Brizy Pro version 2.3.21 freshly installed as of today on this new site (it has never had a former version installed, as it was just created today), which appears to be the most recent version according to what I see on my Brizy account dashboard, and there's the cloud where I am saving the blocks for the cloud-constructed site in order to sync them with the new wordpress site, but I am getting the same error message recorded here: "Your Plugin version is incompatible with Account version, please update plugin".

    Hi Jonathan,

can you confirm that you have Brizy Free on the latest version as well - 2.3.28? Once confirmed, I will create a private ticket for you and we will inspect the issue on your dashboard. Thanks.

I do indeed. The plugins were installed on the site I mentioned (jstevenspirescba.com) the day it was created yesterday. Also, I just checked my personal site storyreborn.com where I have successfully used the sync feature between the cloud and wordpress before, and it is not syncing properly there and has the same error message at present. The screenshots are from the first site jstevenspirescba.com, which prompted the issue. Thanks for the help!
