domain connect

I have done what is required however when i put the domain name in the url it takes me to brizy where it says site not created.

  Hi,

  I checked the URL domain you send us but I don't that the site displaying well. See here a screenshot. I only find that the site doesn't have the SSL, could I ask you when did you publish the site with Custom Domain?

  Im using namecheap basic dns. It is pointing to the site now so that is good. It is not secure though  I thought Brizy Cloud had its own ssl. Do i need to set it up differently? 

  Also on a separate issue I am unable to get the menu link and button link to work. I have put a forward link in but when i click on the link it goes back to my edit site page. What can be done to set up the links correctly so when i click on them they dont take me to my brizy page site but to the link that i set up?

  Could you please send us a screenshot of how did you connect the Cname and A record in the domain registration? If you don't want to make public these details, let us know and we will delete the screenshot before approving your message.

  I have the menu item links working for now but the button link is not working. Also the site is not showing the ssl. Is there something I need to do for that. I went threw and published all the pages again on the update link but they are still showing not secure. Everything else seems to be working well. If I get these items fixed I think I will be clear sailing.  Thank you so much for your help.

  Hi,

  I'm sorry for the late response. We already solve this inconvenience with SSL and now all should work fine on your site. Could you please delete the browser cache and check it again?

  Hi Anterio,

  Can you please delete your Custom Domain and add it again and wait for half an hour for the new domain to take effect?
